I've yet to try Honda Civic Sport, so cant comment much about it.
Swift: Being a manual, it's gear change is smooth and short. Acceleration is great for a 1.6, probably due to its light chassis. Front-wheel drive gives much control over the steering, but can feel signicant body-roll during bends. The clutch biting is a little too high for my taste, as it slows down gear change and tires your thighs easily. Bucket seats snuggle my body nicely, but cant say the same for all, especially in the constrained space.
Overall, it's acceleration beats Honda City 7speed triptronic hands-down, but turns at corners might disappoint most avid drivers.
Your friend's car? How does it handle?
Compare to the Honda Civic Sport?
